Bylaws Committee

Responsibilities:

The Roundtable Bylaws Committee responsibilities include making and/or reviewing any proposed bylaw amendments and present them, in writing, to the Roundtable membership at least 30 days before the Annual Meeting for a vote at the Annual Meeting.
