Sponsorship Opportunities
Thank you to our partners for the steadfast support you have shown the ACS National Colorectal Cancer Roundtable over the years by providing sponsorship to our Annual Meeting. For 2023, we will be offering our dedicated partners the opportunity to support the 2023 ACS NCCRT Annual Meeting through our 2023 ACS NCCRT Annual Meeting Sponsorship Program, outlined below. The program includes simplified benefit levels and for the first time offers high-level donors the opportunity to display information and goods at an exhibit table.
In 2024, we will be changing our sponsorship offerings by transitioning from offering Annual Meeting sponsorships to Annual Sponsorship of the ACS NCCRT as a whole. This change is necessary to align with other ACS Roundtable sponsorship models and provide a uniform donor experience for donors supporting roundtables. This update will also allow the ACS NCCRT to maximize support for the work of the roundtable and continue the vital work to increase colorectal cancer screening rates to 80% or higher across the country. Interested in supporting our work as an individual? We will also accept individual or personal gifts of any amount. Individuals that sponsor $500 or above will receive recognition on the ACS NCCRT Annual Meeting webpage.

Sponsorships will be accepted at any time, but must be pledged by 5:00 PM ET Wednesday, October 25, 2023, to guarantee recognition on printed materials.
