Dr. Paul Limburg’s major area of research program is to identify, evaluate and compare novel chemoprevention compounds to existing prevention strategies, through prospective, multi-center clinical trials.
In addition, he lead gastroenterologist in a national study comparing the performance characteristics of CT colonography versus colonoscopy for colorectal cancer screening.
Dr. Limburg also serves as a career development and research mentor for sixteen trainees, ranging from medical students to junior faculty members. |
