Ground Transportation & Complimentary Lyft Pass
Travel Time: The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from San Antonio International Airport (SAT) by car, depending on traffic and time of day.
Lyft Pass: We are pleased to provide a Lyft Pass to make it easy for our speakers to reserve rides to and from your home airport, San Antonio airport, and meeting hotel without the need to file for reimbursement. The Lyft Pass will be sent in mid-November along with a "Know Before You Go" email. If you use another form of transportation besides Lyft (cab, train, or Uber), the costs incurred can be reimbursed using the reimbursement process below.
Dress Code
The dress code for the event is business casual. Because meeting rooms can be chilly, a light sweater is also a great idea.
