Over the past year, a cross-roundtable Bylaws Committee worked together with ACS Team Members to develop a new, universal set of ACS National Roundtable Bylaws. These bylaws replace prior individual governance documents and establish a shared framework that clarifies member expectations and aligns governance structures across all roundtables.

The updated bylaws largely reflect how roundtables already operate today, formalizing existing practices rather than introducing significant change for our membership. We are grateful to the Bylaws Committee — Dr. Doug Wood (ACS NLCRT), Dr. Paul Schroy (ACS NCCRT), Dr. Electra Paskett (ACS NRTCC), Dr. Angelo Moore (ACS NNRT), and Dr. Yaw Nyame (ACS NPCRT) — for their thoughtful guidance throughout this process.
