Colorectal Cancer Screening Coast To Coast: Driving Toward 80%
On March 8th, 2018, NCCRT hosted a live broadcast from the “Blue Carpet” in Los Angeles to celebrate the start of March. The theme was Colorectal Cancer Screening Coast to Coast: Driving to Prevention. We partnered with Fight Colorectal Cancer, the American Cancer Society, the Mayo Clinic, Exact Sciences, UPS, and others to leverage the voices of celebrities, survivors, and experts to educate people about colorectal cancer and the life-saving importance of screening. We featured Country Singer Craig Campbell, Emmy award winner and Telemundo Star Chiquibaby, and many others who spoke from the heart about their connection to this disease and the importance of screening. This recorded broadcast features interviews with celebrities, survivors, 2018 80% by 2018 National Achievement Award winners, and others.
