Task Groups

Task Groups

The work of the Roundtable is conducted by several Task Groups, focusing in the areas of:

  • health provider education;
  • public education;
  • health policy;
  • quality assurance; and
  • disparity issues

in the area of colorectal cancer screening, prevention, and early detection.

The diversity of the Task Groups allows the Roundtable to address colorectal cancer screening, prevention, and early detection on many different fronts. Each Task Group contributes its own unique perspective to the Roundtable’s collective effort in the fight against colorectal cancer.

This structure allows the Roundtable to leverage the skills and expertise of the 60 plus member organizations to advance work on shared priorities. Through this spirit of cooperation, the Roundtable taps into the expertise of its member organizations to:

  • create tools
  • conduct studies
  • develop consensus on outreach, and
  • support projects

that can advance the community’s overall work in this area.
