- Mobilize national and community-level efforts that will lead to health equity across the colorectal (CRC) continuum
- Improve timely action for early-age onset CRC signs and symptoms
- Support on-time CRC screening as soon as eligible and continued participation per screening recommendations.
- Promote timely colonoscopy follow up to positive (abnormal) non-colonoscopy tests
- Identify areas to ensure timely initiation of quality CRC treatment
A Roadmap for Improving Colorectal Cancer Screening Rates Nationwide
The 80% in Every Community Strategic Plan (2020-2024) provided a focused, action-oriented roadmap for stakeholders, collaborators, and cross-sectored partners.
