Registration is open for an NCCRT webinar on Improving Links of Care: How to Increase Access to Specialists for Community Health Center Patients in the Delivery of Colorectal Cancer Screening & Follow-up Care.  The webinar will be held on Monday, August 17th from 3:00pm to 4:00pm EST.

Description of Event:

This webinar, “Improving Access to Specialists for Community Health Center Patients in the Delivery of Colorectal Cancer Screening and Follow-up Care: Advice from Model Programs”, will examine the common features of model programs that have demonstrated success in delivering colorectal cancer (CRC) screening and follow-up care to uninsured, underinsured, and low-income adults in their respective communities.

We will hear directly from leaders of the model programs, who will describe elements that were crucial to their success in building strong relationships with gastroenterologist, hospitals and other specialists in the delivery of screening.

Audience:

This webinar is open to NCCRT members, 80% by 2018 partners, CDC grantees and ACS Health Systems staff.
