Lyft Pass: We are pleased to provide a Lyft Pass to make it easy for our speakers to reserve rides to and from your home airport, Nashville airport, and meeting hotel without the need to file for reimbursement. Reimbursement
The American Cancer Society is covering all reasonable travel expenses for our speakers and ACS NCCRT Leadership. A digital copy of our Volunteer Expense Form (linked below), along with copies of all original receipts must be submitted along with the completed form within 30 days following the meeting. Please see below for our ACS Roundtable Volunteer and Staff Travel Policy to learn more about what is and isn't eligible for reimbursement. We will send reminders about reimbursement following our meeting.
If you have any questions pertaining to your presentation, please email [email protected]. Otherwise, you will find the guidelines below or contained within the linked PDF.
The dress code for the event is business casual. Because meeting rooms can be chilly, a light sweater is also a great idea.
